What you'll do

  • Lead the technology product strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products including in-clinic and virtual encounters.
  • Partner with healthcare leadership to design end-to-end care models that reduce administrative burden and improve patient outcomes.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to build scalable technology roadmaps.
  • Translate complex clinical ideas into actionable product specifications and robust Epic technical architectures.
  • Integrate external data sources like claims and remote monitoring into internal Epic workflows for real-time clinician insights.
  • Oversee the full technology lifecycle from initial problem discovery through deployment and measurable outcome realization.
  • Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to ensure investments drive clinical quality and financial performance.
  • Mentor a high-performing team of professionals capable of translating healthcare operations into technical capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Graduate degree or clinical background (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows, module configurations, and translating operational requirements into Epic builds.
  • Proven track record of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.
  • Deep familiarity with clinical operations, Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies, Value-Based Care (VBC), and Fee-for-Service (FFS) dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence senior executive stakeholders while maintaining accountability for measurable outcomes.
