You will manage the full technology lifecycle while navigating both Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service delivery environments.

What you'll do

  • Lead the technology product strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios including care transitions and chronic condition pathways.
  • Partner with clinical and business leaders to translate healthcare vision into scalable technical roadmaps and actionable product specifications.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams of product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to build seamless clinical technologies.
  • Integrate external data sources like claims and remote monitoring into internal Epic workflows to provide real-time insights for clinicians.
  • Take end-to-end accountability for the technology lifecycle from initial problem discovery through deployment and measurable outcome realization.
  • Establish shared outcome metrics with business leaders to ensure investments improve clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
  • Mentor a high-performing team of "translators" who are fluent in both healthcare operations and technical capabilities.
  • Maintain deep operational knowledge of Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service models to ensure scalable solutions across different business environments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Graduate degree or clinical background (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA) preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows, module configurations, and translating operational requirements into builds.
  • Proven track record of partnering with primary care networks or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends.
  • Deep familiarity with Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies, Value-Based Care (VBC), and Fee-For-Service (FFS) dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence senior executive stakeholders while managing complex clinical challenges.
