What you'll do

  • Define the product vision and strategic roadmap for the Documents Domain integrated with the Epic EHR platform.
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable product strategies tied to specific organizational OKRs.
  • Manage the product backlog, including prioritization of requirements for document ingestion pipelines and downstream integrations.
  • Conduct "buy vs. build" assessments and develop business cases to inform the scope of new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design teams to conduct user research and document detailed requirements for intuitive UI/UX features.
  • Coordinate with engineering and data science teams to deliver technical solutions in an agile environment.
  • Manage product launches by creating training materials, documentation, and coordinating with operations teams.
  • Develop testing procedures and governance for mandatory Epic assessments and clinical technology releases.

What we're looking for

  • 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
  • Experience with document and data pipelines, HL7, and SMART-on-FHIR integration patterns.
  • Experience with UX/UI design for digital applications and working with engineering teams on complex domain services.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic decisions, coordinate resources, and translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Epic certification(s) in relevant modules (preferred).
  • Experience in Value Based Care, Medicare/Medicare Advantage, or EHR integrations (preferred).
