Lead Digital Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project planning and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and error-free.
• Create and maintain the Product Backlog by prioritizing features based on business value.
• Communicate product vision and backlog priorities clearly to the Scrum team.
• Act as the primary decision-maker regarding specific product features and requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules using professional tools and tracking techniques.
• Support various project teams through all stages from concept and prototype to implementation and follow-up.
• Manage change control processes and lead timely decision-making in production environments.
• Identify root causes of problems and ensure they are resolved accurately and promptly.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is required.
• Ability to manage product backlogs using Agile software tools like Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of decision-making processes, critical thinking, and organizational leadership strategies.
• Knowledge of program management techniques to oversee related projects and resource utilization.
• Knowledge of change control procedures for identifying, evaluating, and documenting changes in production environments.
• Ability to perform problem management by identifying root causes and resolving issues timely.
• PMP certification (preferred); Certified Scrum Master (desired); knowledge of Confluence or Power BI (desired).
