Associate Digital Innovation Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital innovation projects including scoping, planning, execution, and budget management.
• Translate complex operational challenges into technical specifications for AI, analytics, and IoT solutions.
• Coordinate with data scientists and engineers to industrialize and monitor machine learning models.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of technological changes.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop a digital training curriculum and organize events to promote emerging technologies across the organization.
• Drive change management initiatives to encourage staff to adopt new digital workflows and tools.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Requires 3 years of professional experience leading digital, innovation, or transformation change initiatives within a complex industrial organization.
• Must possess knowledge of IT and Digital Technologies and their potential benefits for business operations.
• Must have strong reporting and presentation skills with the executive presence to brief internal and external leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly organized and communicative regarding achievements.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, PMP certification, and experience with data-driven strategy or continuous process improvement.
