Lead Data Scientist – Commercial Intelligence & ML Operations will join the team to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions. The role focuses on optimizing pricing strategies and ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient deployment of models within operational frameworks. Key responsibilities include developing predictive models, leading analytics initiatives across customer and product domains, monitoring production models for accuracy, and establishing governance standards. The successful candidate will use Python, SQL, and cloud-based analytical platforms to build optimization, forecasting, and recommendation capabilities. Required skills include statistical modeling, regression, clustering, and MLOps. Develop, maintain, and improve predictive and machine-learning models for pricing strategies.
Lead advanced analytics initiatives across customer, product, pricing, and commercial domains.
Monitor production models for accuracy, reliability, and data quality.
Troubleshoot model and data issues across various analytical workflows.
Establish model validation, testing, monitoring, and governance standards.
Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models and analytical solutions.

What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative or technical field with substantial relevant experience.
Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline (preferred).
PhD in a quantitative discipline is a plus (preferred).
Strong Python and SQL skills.
Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, regression, clustering, and predictive analytics.
Experience deploying and supporting models in production environments, including MLOps and lifecycle management.
Experience with pricing, revenue management, forecasting, optimization, or commercial analytics (preferred).
