What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a quantitative field; OR Actuarial credential/Master’s and 4 years; OR Ph.D. and 2 years; OR 9 years of experience.
Proficiency in at least five of the following: data analysis/query languages, machine learning/statistical modeling, data visualization, high-level programming, distributed computing, or healthcare understanding.
Demonstrated mastery in at least one of the following: data analysis/query languages, machine learning/statistical modeling, data visualization, high-level programming, distributed computing, or healthcare understanding.
A track record of independently delivering or leading the delivery of a complex analytics or data science project.
A track record of mentoring, managing, or leading junior analytics or data science staff.
Strong learning and growth mindset.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Masters or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, or bachelor's degree with significant healthcare experience (preferred).
