What you'll do

Lead complex data center hardware support services to ensure high availability and reliability at scale.
Design and govern advanced change activities and site augmentations while standardizing SOPs and MOPs.
Serve as the highest operational escalation point for incidents, leading cross-functional triage and root-cause analysis.
Oversee the lifecycle management of servers and components, including diagnosis, replacement, and performance validation.
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale network builds, migrations, and cabling projects.
Govern adherence to safety, security, and compliance protocols for all high-risk data center work.
Mentor technicians on best practices, safety, and technical protocols while coaching teams on hardware interventions.
Partner with engineering teams to automate workflows and mitigate availability risks across the infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or A+, Security+, and Network+ certifications.
3 to 5+ years of experience in a mission-critical operations environment.
2-5 years of data center experience (4 years for development preferred).
Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows Server systems administration, hardware repair, and networking fundamentals.
Expertise in data center design, including electrical, cooling plants, airflow management, and structured cabling.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb a 9 ft. ladder, and stand for up to 12 hours.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
