Lead Consultant Professional Services

What you'll do

• Act as the primary project lead and architect for complex data center and network solutions.
• Manage consulting projects from initial client identification through final invoicing.
• Define system architectures, hardware/software specifications, and technical designs for large enterprise networks.
• Lead the execution of technical delivery including implementation, testing, and client training.
• Create professional documentation, Visio diagrams, and cohesive deliverables for clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to less experienced team members.
• Identify problems and develop new methods or procedures to improve project outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CCIE certification, or proven equivalent experience with CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP.
• 10+ years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing complex networks for large enterprises or professional services.
• Expertise in secure network technology, including WAN/iWAN, MPLS integration, and LAN design.
• Proficiency in data center architecture, IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and network virtualization.
• Experience with Cisco systems, firewall configuration (Cisco ASA, CheckPoint, Fortinet), and load balancing.
• Strong leadership, project management, and professional documentation skills using Visio.
• Knowledge of SDN, Juniper, Velocloud, VMware, or IoT (preferred).
