Lead Analytics Consultant

What you'll do

• Manage and curate complex data into usable forms for analytics and visualization use cases.
• Evaluate data pipelines and business stakeholder requirements to resolve technical challenges.
• Perform complex data analysis to support strategic marketing initiatives and business goals.
• Identify and implement engineering enhancements to improve data systems and processes.
• Develop controls, validation checks, and monitoring tools to ensure data quality.
• Utilize BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform to set up data scheduling and automation.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions and analytical outputs.
• Document data processes, lineage, and business logic for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Analytics experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI (preferred).
• Data engineering experience (preferred).
• Experience evaluating and improving data pipelines, including identifying quality issues and implementing fixes (preferred).
• Strong data quality management skills, including building controls, validation checks, and monitoring for anomalies (preferred).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and analytical outputs (preferred).
• Ability to lead or facilitate technical discussions across cross-functional teams (preferred).
• Experience in marketing within the financial services industry (preferred).
