Lead Business Intelligence Engineer

What you'll do

• Analyze and combine data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to provide optimization recommendations and best practices.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor advertiser performance and product development.
• Distill complicated analytical concepts into clear data stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build measurement strategies and provide feedback on data tools.
• Proactively identify and define projects that impact revenue and propose necessary courses of action.
• Research vertical and category industry trends to inform and strengthen in-market pitches.
• Support revenue programs by providing data-based insights on growth levers and various treatments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, mathematics, or equivalent (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and research.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for analysis and data visualization.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment (preferred).
• Ability to work individually while operating as a collaborative team player (preferred).
• Experience performing analysis on big data sets to provide actionable insights (preferred).
