Lead Business Execution Consultant, AI Telephony Testing Lead

What you'll do

• Establish scalable testing strategies, governance, controls, and procedures for AI-enabled contact center solutions.
• Serve as the primary AI testing lead and escalation point for complex validation and release-readiness decisions.
• Provide accountable UAT leadership to ensure operational readiness and confident adoption of AI capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end testing governance, including auditable plans, test cases, defect management, and results.
• Coordinate UAT SMEs and business partners to align resources and resolve staffing concerns.
• Expand automation, optimize offshore capacity, and standardize repeatable testing practices to accelerate delivery.
• Provide decision-ready quality oversight using Jira and Octane data, testing metrics, and defect trends.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing contact center AI-powered voice and digital solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing testing for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Deep expertise in contact center technologies including IVR, conversational AI, and cloud platforms (preferred).
• Ability to define enterprise test strategies and lead automation and technology-delivery roadmaps (preferred).
• Strong development and test automation skills using Python, Playwright, APIs, and CI/CD practices (preferred).
• Experience in Agile product delivery with advanced knowledge of Jira or Octane (preferred).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to senior leaders (preferred).
