What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide automation frameworks for frontend, API, and backend testing layers.
Orchestrate full-cycle testing strategies including functional, integration, and regression testing across multi-tier architectures.
Architect and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes with stage-gated controls.
Migrate manual and script-based testing to Cucumber or Karate BDD frameworks using shared Gherkin libraries.
Validate microservices communication, payload integrity, and backend database transactions across SQL and NoSQL environments.
Create reusable component libraries and engineer thread-safe dependency injection patterns for scalable test execution.
Perform performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and stability.
Define test strategies, conduct requirements analysis, and manage test data and environment configurations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
A 3- or 4-year bachelor's degree is accepted.
Five years of experience as a software developer in test, quality assurance lead, or related role.
Experience architecting automation frameworks using Selenium, RestAssured, and PostgreSQL with Cucumber step definition libraries.
Experience orchestrating full-cycle testing for multi-tier architectures including functional, integration, and regression testing.
Experience maintaining production-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience migrating manual and script-based testing to Cucumber or Karate BDD frameworks.
