Lead Associate Principal, AI Solutions

What you'll do

• Identify AI opportunities within business functions to redesign workflows and create an AI transformation roadmap.
• Translate complex business problems into technically grounded requirements for the engineering team's architecture design.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI use cases from initial problem definition through post-launch adoption.
• Assess the technical feasibility of proposed use cases and lead vendor evaluations for non-centralized tools.
• Provide technical guidance and governance guardrails for citizen-led, non-critical AI development projects.
• Develop and execute adoption plans to ensure users are actively utilizing new AI solutions after launch.
• Communicate project status, performance data, and risk flags to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• You must have experience in financial services technology or strategy.
• You must have experience in post-trade or capital markets infrastructure.
• You must possess a track record of translating business problems into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• You must have working knowledge of modern AI architectures, including RAG, agent frameworks, and LLM evaluation.
• You must be able to perform process analysis, workflow mapping, and data analysis for AI use cases.
• You must be proficient in analytics/BI tools like Power BI or Tableau and collaboration platforms like Jira or Notion.
• Experience in post-trade, clearing, custody, or comparable financial market infrastructure is strongly preferred.
• Relevant AI product management, project management, or domain certifications are preferred.
