Principal Architect, AI Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead architecture for strategic AI initiatives across products, platforms, and shared enterprise capabilities.
• Partner with business units and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and practical AI solution architectures.
• Define and evolve architecture standards, reference patterns, and guardrails for AI-enabled software development.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms to guide organizational adoption.
• Provide architectural leadership for agentic workflows, AI orchestration, evaluations, observability, and governance.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise requirements for security, privacy, and resiliency.
• Help engineering teams adopt AI-powered capabilities across coding, testing, and delivery workflows.
• Guide architecture decisions across data, integration, and platform concerns to prevent fragmented solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
• Significant experience designing and guiding enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI architecture patterns, including LLM-based applications, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and orchestration.
• Strong architecture background across distributed systems, APIs, integration, data platforms, security, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical guardrails across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
