What you'll do

Design and deliver agentic AI systems end-to-end from architecture through production deployment.
Architect agent orchestration patterns, tool integration, and evaluation pipelines for a regulated environment.
Manage AI infrastructure on AWS to support the team's agents and applications.
Implement technical safeguards against hallucinations, prompt injections, and other AI-specific risks.
Build audit logging and human-in-the-loop checkpoints into agentic workflows for traceability.
Mentor junior engineers through code and architecture reviews.
Contribute technical judgment to the team's evolving engineering standards and practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred.
4 to 7 years of software engineering experience.
Strong Python skills, proficient SQL, and solid distributed systems and API design fundamentals.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic systems.
Working knowledge of AI-specific risk areas such as prompt injection, output validation, and hallucination mitigation.
Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and containerization fundamentals.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and owning production systems from design through deployment.
