Join our dynamic team as a Senior AI Solution Architect, where you will design end-to-end AI solutions on Lam’s shared AI platform, including the AI Foundry, Agent Runtime & Orchestration, Knowledge Service, and Ontology. Required skills include extensive experience with AI/GenAI architecture, deep knowledge of GenAI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, hands-on expertise in Transformer-based systems, and strong communication abilities to influence decisions without direct authority. Ideal candidates have a background in Computer Science or Engineering, 10+ years of relevant AI engineering experience, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks.

What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end AI solutions on Lam's shared AI platform for enterprise use.
  • Translate complex business problems into reusable solution patterns for delivery teams.
  • Lead design reviews and define architectural standards for agentic and orchestration-based solutions.
  • Embed security, governance, compliance, and cost-efficiency in all solution designs by default.
  • Champion reuse of common platform primitives to drive interoperability and reduce costs.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of AI engineering experience, including significant time as a solution or enterprise architect.
  • Proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions using agentic frameworks, RAG, and orchestration.
  • Deep knowledge of GenAI orchestration frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph and agent communication standards.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing Transformer-based systems for NLP, CV, and multi-modal tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design reviews and resolve cross-team architectural trade-offs without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance considerations for AI systems in enterprise environments.
