Insights & Analytics Consultant

What you'll do

• Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for customer engagement and operational performance.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics to measure key business outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis to inform strategy.
• Design and evaluate experiments and test-and-learn strategies using statistical techniques.
• Create automated dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Science teams to improve data quality and operationalize analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data (preferred).
• Experience consulting with business stakeholders and translating findings into strategic recommendations (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation (preferred).
• Experience with statistical analysis, experimentation, segmentation, forecasting, or predictive analytics techniques (preferred).
• Expertise in Power BI and data visualization best practices (preferred).
• Working knowledge of tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, Hadoop, and Excel (preferred).
