What you'll do

Maintain a fleet of thousands of iOS and macOS devices across multiple lab environments.
Ensure all hardware and systems remain functional and available for engineering testing.
Provision and deploy released and unreleased hardware components.
Debug and troubleshoot complex device hardware and software failures.
Develop scripts and automation to manage machine configurations and software deployments.
Implement AI-assisted workflows to improve device health, recovery outcomes, and deployment verification.
Analyze operational metrics and telemetry to identify bottlenecks and drive scalable improvements.

What we're looking for

2–3+ years of experience supporting software services in a Unix-based environment.
Experience with automated provisioning processes and device lifecycle management.
Basic scripting skills in Shell or Python.
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, or similar.
Working knowledge of Git or other source control systems for collaborative development.
Experience supporting macOS and/or iOS devices in a lab environment.
Basic understanding of LAN networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and routing.
Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
