As a Data Manager, Senior, you will join the team to manage all aspects of data delivery activities, including software, automation, IT, and AI. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of data while solving complex problems through innovative solutions. Your daily work involves mentoring a team, providing advanced advisory services, and managing technical projects from initiation to completion. The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and database technologies to manage databases and data pipelines within cloud architectures. You will perform quantitative analysis, develop visualizations, and execute extract, transform, and load procedures for large, complex geospatial data files. The work involves supporting the Department of War by managing government-owned data using MLOps and AI/ML technologies while navigating technical project management requirements under a TS/SCI clearance.

What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance is required.
A high school diploma and 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 5 years of experience in technical project management are required.
Experience with SQL and Python is required.
Experience with technical project management, including independently driving projects to completion and solving strategic problems is required.
Experience with quantitative analysis, data visualization, and processing complex data for insights is required.
Experience with data manipulation, ETL procedures, database management, data pipelines, and cloud architectures is required.
Experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats is required.
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, enterprise systems (CORE/MLOps), AI/ML technologies, or excellent communication skills are preferred.
