Junior Quality Assurance & Automation Engineer, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Develop automated mechanisms to generate data shapes and user flow patterns from logging and tracing information.
• Execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Maintain libraries of automated and manual test scripts for various testing types.
• Interpret automation results and document software defects in an issue tracking system.
• Research and define paths for end-to-end automation using Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create sustainable solutions for complex problems.
• Participate in the full agile software development process, including standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or another technical field.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience or equivalent college project experience.
• Experience with at least one of Java, C#, Python, PowerShell, Bash, or batch scripts.
• Familiarity with implementing and executing automation test scripts for web, desktop, API, and batch applications.
• Knowledge of issue tracking systems and wikis such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
