What you'll do

Develop and execute a comprehensive AI engagement and adoption strategy including roadmaps for learning and communications.
Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical guidance, use cases, and reusable enablement materials for employees.
Design and deliver executive-ready training experiences such as workshops, demos, and leadership briefings.
Create communication materials to drive awareness and sustained behavior change regarding AI tools.
Identify and package high-impact use cases within the organization to demonstrate measurable wins.
Establish measurement and reporting systems to track tool usage and identify barriers to adoption.
Provide regular progress updates and data-driven insights to the leadership team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.
2+ years of experience in learning & development, communications, technology adoption, program management, employee engagement, or related fields.
Working knowledge of AI tools including LLM platforms and Microsoft Copilot with the ability to translate concepts into business-ready content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and "storytelling with data" capability.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders independently.
Ability to use metrics and insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
Authorized to work in the US.
