As a Senior AI Engineering Lead , Asset Wealth Management Private Bank - Vice President, you will join the Asset and Wealth Management AI Engineering team to build high-impact business solutions for private bank clients. You will perform hands-on development of machine learning and LLM models, design scalable data processing pipelines, and deploy model inference services into production environments on AWS or Azure. Your daily work involves collaborating with firmwide teams to align capabilities and implement lighthouse projects. The role requires expertise in Python, data structures, algorithms, and statistics, alongside experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models, including tracing and guardrails. You will manage SQL and NoSQL stores like Postgres, OpenSearch, and Redis. Preferred skills include fine-tuning small language models, full-stack development using Next.js or Svelte, and proficiency in Go or Rust.

Architect and implement lighthouse ML solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Design and build highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines.

Perform end-to-end solution design with a focus on modern architecture, scalability, and security.
Manage data models and real-time processing using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Lead the development of GenAI-based solutions and innovative AI/ML ideas.
What we're looking for
MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning.
Minimum 7 years of development experience with at least 4 years working on AI solutions.
Experience using LLMs to solve business problems including tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
Strong programming skills in Python and deep knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, and Statistics.
Demonstrated ability to perform independent end-to-end solution design with a focus on modern architecture, scalability, and security.
Knowledge of data management including model design and real-time processing on SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (OpenSearch, Redis).
Proven leadership capacity for AI/ML idea generation and excellent communication skills with technical and business partners.
Experience in finance, LLM fine-tuning, full-stack development (Next.js, Svelte), high-performance languages (Go, Rust), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) are preferred.
