What you'll do

Provide operational planning support to drive the USCYBERCOM Joint Fires targeting process.
Coordinate targeting strategies and engagement responsibilities with interagency partners and supporting commands.
Develop cyber-focused TTPs to advise planners on achieving cyberspace effects for operations and exercises.
Act as a technical liaison between capability experts, developers, planning teams, and operating units.
Create and deliver USCYBERCOM joint targeting policies, procedures, and commander guidance.
Lead and participate in Joint Targeting Working Groups to prioritize and synchronize target requirements.
Prepare strike packages, cyber fires approval packages, and information operations target packages.
Analyze all-source intelligence to identify cyber threat patterns and maintain situational awareness of advanced persistent threats.

What we're looking for

Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and technical certifications.
10 to experience supporting cyber or intelligence operations with a focus on Joint Targeting.
15 years of combined experience across cyber, information operations, joint targeting, and operational planning is acceptable.
DoD or Intelligence Community sponsored certification for Joint Targeting.
Graduate of DoD or IC-sponsored operational planning training with advanced understanding of Joint Operations Planning process.
Proficiency with target management systems (e.g., MIDB, Coliseum) and mastery of Joint Targeting Cycle doctrine.
DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
