What you'll do

  • Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to deliver integrated effects against adversary systems.
  • Draft and staff foundational planning documents including OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
  • Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration within the Cyber Warfare domain.
  • Integrate and synchronize intelligence planning activities with operational planning timelines.
  • Provide situational awareness for projects, Crisis Action Teams, and current operations.
  • Review and prioritize operational requirements for the research, development, and acquisition of cyber capabilities.
  • Analyze and assess internal and external partner cyberspace capabilities and tools.
  • Communicate complex information and concepts through verbal, written, and visual means.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph at the time of application.
  • Must have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field of study.
  • Requires recent work experience as a CO Planner since 2018.
  • Must have formal training as a Cyber Operational Planner within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Must demonstrate familiarity with OCO concepts, capabilities, authorities, and applicable Joint Publications.
  • Must possess knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and various communication media.
  • Must be able to produce timely analytical products including documents, summaries, issue papers, and briefings.
  • Preferred certifications include DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., CCNA Security, CompTIA CySA+, or Security+ CE).
