Cybersecurity Training Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze cyber technical requirements to define training procedures and future workforce development strategies.
• Develop and update cyber training curricula, materials, and performance objectives for DoD Cyber Operations Forces.
• Plan, manage, and integrate the cyber training program to ensure mission-essential task proficiency.
• Maintain DCDC training databases to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting training, exercises, and daily operations.
• Review and recommend updates to the System Security Plan for the Certification and Accreditation process.
• Manage metrics and status reports for Information Assurance training in compliance with DoD Directive 8570.
• Facilitate foundation to expert level training for DoD Cyber Operations Forces.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 to 8 years of applicable combined education and experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for C/I Polygraph.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, or GICSP).
• Solid knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System: Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessments.
• Familiarity with the three programs of record for the Joint Training System (DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS).
• Familiarity with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Ability to travel occasionally to support exercise development events.
• Experience with DISA and DoD Networks (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership (preferred).
