What you'll do

Lead application systems analysis and programming activities to implement new or revised programs.
Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint using advanced programming knowledge.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.
Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers and analysts while allocating work.
Assess risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations during business decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree preferred.
6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or a systems analysis role.
Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and real-time messaging technologies.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to design software architecture and conduct trade-off analysis across complex landscapes.
