Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Participate in stakeholder discussions to capture requirements and clarify project ambiguities.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle including architecture, design, testing, and implementation for production projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Map out business contexts, system workflows, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Perform data analysis by running queries, validating test data, and investigating system issues.
• Execute testing efforts by creating test cases, analyzing results, and logging defects.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve analysis and delivery outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have earned or be on track to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field by the start date.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis concepts through academic or internship experience.
• Foundational awareness of data concepts such as data flows, data validation, or querying.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to break down problems and ask clarifying questions.
• Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Visio or Drawio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Hands-on project or internship experience (preferred).
