The Summer 2027 Undergraduate Internship - Systems role offers students the opportunity to work as a Systems Analyst within a dedicated team. The day-to-day work involves supporting the full delivery lifecycle, including solution design, testing, implementation, and production support. Candidates will perform data analysis using SQL and basic querying techniques while conducting quality assurance through test case development and defect management. Technical tools include Visio, Draw.io, and AI-assisted analysis applications. The role focuses on solving business problems by integrating technology and data to improve customer experiences. This position requires skills in systems analysis, workflow analysis, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business outcomes.
Support requirements gathering by participating in stakeholder discussions and documenting business needs.
Create and maintain documentation including user stories, functional requirements, and process maps.
Analyze business processes, system workflows, and data flows across multiple technology platforms.
Perform data analysis by running queries, validating information, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Execute quality assurance efforts by developing test cases and documenting findings.

What we're looking for
Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.
Must be a current undergraduate student who will return to coursework following the internship.
Availability for the entire 10-week internship program.
Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, systems analysis, or business process concepts through coursework, projects, or internships.
Foundational understanding of data concepts, including data flows, validation, or querying.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
