As an ITSM Integration Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise IT service management and related platforms within a secure environment. You will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend commercial off-the-shelf systems to meet operational requirements. Your daily work involves managing platform configurations, building automated workflows, and developing custom scripts or middleware components to solve cross-system integration problems. The role requires proficiency in tools such as Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, Active Directory, and LDAP. You will utilize APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages like Python, Java, PowerShell, Go, or BeanShell to create integrations and utility tools. This position focuses on solving complex technical challenges related to identity management, monitoring, and ticketing systems while ensuring long-term maintainability and reliability across various enterprise application layers.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise platforms including Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, and Active Directory.
Design and implement system integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and vendor-supported connectors.
Build and maintain automated workflows, plugins, and configuration-based extensions across various COTS platforms.
Develop custom scripts, utilities, and lightweight applications to improve operational efficiency and integration capabilities.
Translate stakeholder requirements into sustainable technical solutions through a mix of configuration and custom development.
Troubleshoot complex issues across application layers, including authentication, plugins, and workflow logic.
Document all configurations, integration logic, and administrative procedures to ensure long-term system sustainment.
What we're looking for
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree is required.
IAT Level II or higher certification (minimum Security+ CE) is required.
2+ years of experience in systems administration, enterprise applications support, systems integration, platform engineering, or a similar technical role.
Experience configuring and integrating COTS platforms, including ticketing, monitoring, and identity management tools.
Ability to write and modify scripts or code for integrations, automation, and tooling.
Proficiency with specific platforms (Jira, SailPoint, Dynatrace) or languages (Python, Java, PowerShell, Go) is preferred.
