The ITSM Integration Engineer serves as the primary technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise IT service management and related platforms within a secure environment. This role focuses on platform administration, systems integration, and workflow automation rather than traditional full-time software development. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial off-the-shelf systems, designing integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and vendor-supported connectors. Key responsibilities include managing Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, and Active Directory/LDAP. You will build automations, plugins, and custom scripts using languages like Python, Java, PowerShell, or Go. The position requires a hands-on technical generalist to solve cross-system integration problems, translate operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions, and maintain platform reliability across various enterprise application layers.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise platforms including Jira Service Management, SailPoint, and Dynatrace.
Design and sustain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and scripting.

What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Must hold an IAT Level II or higher certification, such as Security+.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
Must have 2+ years of related experience in systems administration, enterprise applications support, systems integration, or platform engineering.
Must have experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating COTS platforms like enterprise ticketing, monitoring, and identity management tools.
Must have experience troubleshooting enterprise application environments, including authentication, plugins, workflows, APIs, and configuration issues.
Must have experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, middleware, directory services, or scripting-based automation.
