What you'll do

Analyze project effects on engineering, facilities, and labor to determine cost-efficient resource methods.
Participate in tactical planning for the completion of identified project segments.

Troubleshoot and repair devices, assemblies, subsystems, and complex systems.
Execute technical activities impacting proposals, system-level design, and detailed design of electronics.
Manage the manufacture of advanced electronics systems.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
Subject matter expert in one discipline/field and developing working knowledge in adjacent disciplines/fields.
Proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task (preferred).
Commitment to ongoing professional development (preferred).
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success (preferred).
