What you'll do

Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and key applications through regular updates and configuration changes.
Provide advanced technical support to resolve escalated system, application, and network issues from help desk teams.
Perform routine system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning for infrastructure stability.
Install, configure, and deploy new systems, tools, and software integrations.
Implement and monitor security controls including antivirus, firewalls, and identity management to ensure policy compliance.
Use monitoring tools to track performance, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis on outages.
Document system configurations, procedures, and standards for organizational use.
Participate in audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities to maintain security standards.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have at least 8 years of related experience.
Must hold a CompTIA Security+ certification.
Must have an Associate's degree (AA/AS).
Must have experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration, Active Directory, and virtualization or cloud services.
Experience with scripting/automation, monitoring tools, storage systems, and ITIL practices (preferred).
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
