What you'll do

Provide Tier I, II, and III system administration support for Windows environments.
Manage Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, and user profile configurations.
Monitor authentication, email, and file/print servers for errors and performance issues.
Install, update, and re-image desktop and laptop hardware and software.
Perform remote helpdesk support and troubleshoot network, scanning, and printing issues.
Maintain system documentation and update accountability for office systems at dispersed sites.
Execute WSUS updates and test new desktop images for functionality prior to deployment.
Assist with the installation of network cabling and provide VTC support.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
Must be certified in Security+.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2016 Server, Exchange Server 2016, and Windows 10 administration.
Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, and data backup technologies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Bachelor degree in a related field (preferred).
