What you'll do

Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 system administration support for Windows environments.
Manage Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, and user profile lifecycle tasks.
Monitor authentication, email, file, and print servers to identify and resolve errors.
Maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices while performing workstation setups for new employees.
Execute WSUS updates and re-image desktop and laptop systems as required.
Provide VTC support across multiple networks and assist with network cabling installation.
Manage system performance tuning, documentation, and inventory accounting for IT assets.
Perform remote helpdesk support and troubleshoot issues on DISA networks.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system administration and related fields.
Must be certified in Security+.
Thorough knowledge of Windows Server 2016, Exchange Server 2016, and Windows 10 OS administration is required.
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, data backup, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
A Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.
US Citizenship.
