What you'll do

Deploy and manage IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and desktop hardware for manufacturing factories.
Perform system upgrades and patches during off-peak hours or weekends to maintain mission-critical operations.
Monitor IT services and respond aggressively to incidents to ensure optimal system performance.
Author and maintain technical documentation, including system overviews, design drawings, and procedures.
Utilize automation tools and contribute to IT systems engineering initiatives.
Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and cybersecurity regulations like ITAR, ISO, and NIST.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues specifically related to manufacturing equipment.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of experience in IT systems administration in manufacturing or factory environments.
Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration.
Hands-on experience with enterprise network administration and deployment.
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity to manufacturing equipment.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
Ability to lift 30 lbs., work at heights, and possess an active valid driver's license.
Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations, travel up to 20%, and work weekends as necessary.
