Sr. IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications
As a Sr. IT Systems Administrator, you will serve as a technical leader and Subject Matter Expert for collaborative platforms, specifically the Atlassian suite including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You will design, build, and support RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks to connect SaaS tools, CRM, ERP, and billing systems. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline and 3+ years of experience managing applications in large enterprise environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing applications in large enterprise environments in lieu of a degree.
Experience designing and implementing API integrations using REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
Experience with scripting in languages such as Groovy, Python, or Java.
Strong experience with scripting and SQL, especially with ScriptRunner (preferred).
Strong experience upgrading Atlassian applications in large, clustered Linux production environments (preferred).
Hands-on experience integrating Atlassian tools with internal systems, CRM, ERP, or billing platforms (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
