What you'll do

Process tickets via standard operating procedures to triage and resolve customer issues.
Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations.
Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal Windows and Linux servers.
Configure, deploy, and replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Provide technical support for production, lab, and launch infrastructure and software.
Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
Assist with project implementations and technology deployments.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
4+ years of networking experience including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
3+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies such as AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM.
4+ years of technical support experience.
4+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment (preferred).
Export Control.
