TL;DR · IT Product Manager

The Principal IT Product Manager leads the strategic vision and transformation of the post-sales customer ecosystem. This role focuses on the entire customer journey, from initial purchase through deployment, consumption, and ongoing technical support. The manager will architect AI-enabled, agentic solutions to simplify processes and eliminate friction by breaking down siloed operational tracks. Key responsibilities include mapping the post-sales lifecycle, designing autonomous or human-in-the-loop AI agents, and orchestrating telemetry and predictive support. The position requires expertise in Salesforce, Gainsight, Clarizen, and custom-built applications, alongside proficiency in generative conversational AI, machine learning platforms, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. The role solves the business problem of manual friction in service chains by creating a unified, actionable application product roadmap for the broader post-sales ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Map the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle from initial purchase through deployment, consumption, and technical support.
  • Architect a unified Application Product Roadmap across Salesforce, Gainsight, Clarizen, and custom-built applications.
  • Design and deploy autonomous or human-in-the-loop AI agents to automate complex tasks and resolve deployment blocks.
  • Integrate generative conversational AI into internal and customer-facing touchpoints to provide proactive, personalized experiences.
  • Leverage real-time product telemetry and machine learning to identify patterns in support trends and engineering escalations.
  • Build functional prototypes using AI-assisted tools and low-code builders to validate data flows before engineering handoff.
  • Write precise epics and user stories with an AI-first lens as part of the AI software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for AI-powered features, including model performance, data quality, and agent execution accuracy.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise technology, IT Post-Sales, or Customer Experience domains.
  • Proven track record of launching scalable, AI-powered solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking a customer’s post-sales journey across entitlement management, consumption, activation, provisioning, customer success, and support.
  • Ability to reconstruct simplified architectures from scratch by analyzing raw data flows and legacy workflows.
  • Deep expertise in Agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents, human-in-the-loop validation, and generative conversational frameworks.
  • Proven experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, Clarizen, or custom applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex AI logic to both technical engineering teams and non-technical executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, specifically leading sprint planning and backlog grooming for AI or advanced data development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with an emphasis on AI/ML (preferred).
