What you'll do

Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements for work assignments of low to medium complexity.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Manage the product backlog by grooming and prioritizing tasks in alignment with product strategy and OKRs.
Maintain detailed documentation including gap analyses, process flow charts, and business requirements documents.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering to define requirements used for developing test plans and cases.
Monitor post-implementation performance to provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
Communicate product updates and releases to both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the customer to ensure delivery teams meet stakeholder needs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
4+ years of relevant professional experience as outlined in the essential duties.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Proficiency with workforce management and business applications such as Calabrio, Concur, XTRAC etc. (preferred)
