What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, computer science, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management with a track record in clinical application implementations.
One to two years of experience in healthcare IT portfolio management, preferably with Epic systems.
Experience managing large-scale clinical systems implementations and upgrades.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Joint Commission, and CMS.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
Experience with Epic applications or being Epic EMR certified is preferred.
