What you'll do

  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and measurable objectives for warehouse management and distribution automation.
  • Manage the product backlog by translating requirements into user stories and leading squad ceremonies to ensure delivery.
  • Oversee architecture and solution governance to ensure technical options align with corporate standards and business needs.
  • Lead service performance, issue resolution, and cyber-risk remediation across SAP EWM and other warehouse management platforms.
  • Identify and deliver intelligent automation and AI-enabled use cases to improve operational throughput and cost efficiency.
  • Manage product lifecycle economics, including budget requirements, vendor performance, and total cost of ownership.
  • Directly manage a team of employees and contractors through coaching, work planning, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP and SOX standards while maintaining audit readiness and risk remediation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain technology, warehouse operations technology, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end distribution, logistics, and warehouse management processes and platforms.
  • Techno-functional SAP experience including at least one completed warehouse implementation.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps, backlogs, release plans, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional delivery using agile, scaled agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods.
  • Demonstrated people leadership including work planning, coaching, and performance management of employees and contractors.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data, intelligent automation, and compliance in a distribution environment.
  • SAP EWM implementation; SAP S/4HANA; Exacta or other WCS; WES; and warehouse automation technologies (preferred).
  • Experience in regulated healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or consumer-products distribution; GxP or SOX controls; and vendor management (preferred).
