IT Lead SAP Service Maintenance

What you'll do

• Manage the full service level management lifecycle including SLAs, performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
• Optimize the SAP portfolio by maintaining CMDB accuracy and conducting lifecycle and cost assessments.
• Lead rapid incident resolution, root cause analysis, and major incident communications to ensure system stability.
• Drive observability and automation initiatives to improve system health visibility and reduce manual effort.
• Support AI-driven capabilities such as predictive analytics and intelligent incident management for ERP services.
• Champion knowledge management practices to ensure technical assets are created and shared effectively.
• Monitor and improve application performance through proactive capacity planning and readiness reviews.
• Manage vendor work orders, invoices, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in information systems, computer science, or an equivalent field of study.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and administering SAP applications and technologies including SAP ECC, GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, and HANA.
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge in OTC and Finance with experience in one or more supply chain functional areas (preferred).
• SAP certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, change, problem, and release management.
• Experience with SAP, Informatica, Tableau, or WebMethods.
• End-to-end supply chain business process knowledge (preferred).
