What we're looking for
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of IT experience including 2-3 years in Salesforce, API integration development, integration patterns, and complex SQL queries.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce product development, security, and configuration.
Experience with modern integration and cloud architectures, including APIs, event-driven systems, middleware, and SAP BTP-IS.
Practical experience delivering Agentic AI solutions.
Knowledge of secure model data flows, encryption, identity/access, and data privacy regulations (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, Privacy, GDPR).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for both business and technology audiences.
Experience with API and file-based integrations, message queues, workflow engines, RPA tools, Python, and cloud platforms (preferred); experience in healthcare or regulated life sciences (preferred).
