Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint and OneDrive. The work focuses on improving communication and productivity through digital transformation and the support of workplace technologies across the organization.
Support the deployment and adoption of new collaboration tools and technologies across the organization.
Automate common user requests and support processes to improve operational efficiency.
Create training materials and provide end-user training on new features and technology enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms.
Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Monitor user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve the overall employee experience.
What we're looking for
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Must be entering Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace technologies.
Experience using AI-powered technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar tools.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
Authorized to work in the United States and will be.
