The Digital Business Operations Intern - Summer 2027 joins the IT Operations Analytics team to bridge technology and business through operational excellence. This intern will focus on IT operations, service management, and performance analytics to support business objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining ServiceNow dashboards from an ITIL perspective, analyzing operational data to identify trends and risks, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The intern will develop recommendations to improve service delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements. Required skills include strong analytical problem-solving, data interpretation, and verbal communication. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL concepts, data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and exposure to system administration or infrastructure support within a technology operations and business analytics context.
Create and maintain ServiceNow dashboards to measure operational performance from an ITIL perspective.
Analyze operational data and key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Present dashboard results and operational insights to team members and business stakeholders.
Develop recommendations to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
Support operational excellence initiatives and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
What we're looking for
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
Must be entering a Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above.
Must be able to perform work onsite in Franklin, TN.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must demonstrate an interest in IT operations, system administration, or service management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL concepts, or data visualization tools (preferred).
