What you'll do

Consult with clients to determine functional specifications and align technology with organizational goals.
Evaluate new IT developments and recommend system alternatives by analyzing processes and industry standards.
Perform sophisticated analyses to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
Supervise staff management including resource allocation, work distribution, and mentoring of team members.
Ensure all business decisions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk policies.

What we're looking for

6-10 years of experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Extensive experience using Excel for data analysis.
Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Master's degree (preferred).
