IT Business Technology Lead Analyst Vice President

What you'll do

• Translate complex data, reporting, and analytics requirements into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for reporting data, business rules, and data pipeline processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and coordinate remediation with technical teams.
• Define system functional requirements by partnering with business clients and product managers.
• Simplify the technology environment by identifying and retiring duplicative platforms to reduce costs.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, workload distribution, and professional development of a team.
• Monitor business decisions for risk and compliance implications to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Six to ten years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or a related field within a large, complex organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, with working knowledge of Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Solid grounding in the full software development lifecycle from requirements through delivery.
• Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, metadata documentation, and data governance frameworks.
• Ability to document and maintain technology strategy, platform roadmaps, and architectural standards across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with data pipeline tooling and analytics platforms used in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments (preferred).
