What you'll do

Translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technical designs and implementation plans.

Identify and drive system enhancements for new products, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to align objectives.
Provide technical leadership in application development and systems analysis while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
Manage project priorities, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Resolve high-impact issues through detailed analysis and innovative problem-solving.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
Master's degree (preferred).
6-10 years of experience in application development, systems analysis, technical business analysis, or related technology disciplines.
Strong application development and engineering background to evaluate and influence technical architectures and solution designs.
Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business, functional, and technical requirements.
Extensive experience analyzing systems, business processes, data models, workflows, and integrations.
Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas of application development, systems analysis, or technology solution delivery.
Experience within financial services, credit card, acquisitions, risk, or customer lifecycle management domains (preferred).
