IPT Lead, Electrical Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead an Integrated Product Team to plan and execute test activities across the program lifecycle.
• Develop verification and validation strategies, including test plans, procedures, and traceability documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical execution between hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Provide technical oversight for system configurations, software loads, and test environment readiness.
• Direct root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware, firmware, and system integration issues.
• Manage the maintenance and design of custom test sets and equipment.
• Support qualification and compliance testing for EMI/EMC, thermal, and vibration environments.
• Present program status, technical risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and customers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• At least 4 years of experience with hardware development across the full lifecycle including firmware, software, and systems.
• At least 2 years of experience managing cost and schedule performance on a development program using EVMS or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience leading an Integrated Product Team or similar cross-functional technical team.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain the required security clearance.
• Experience supporting integration and test activities for dipping sonar systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, requirement management tools like JIRA/Confluence, and proficiency with Vizio (preferred).
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and fiber optic scope meters (preferred).
