IPA (Intelligence Process Automation) Advisory Lead - Associate Director serves as a member of the IOA IPA Advisory team, where you will help clients move beyond technology pilots toward enterprise-scale adoption. You will partner with executive and business leaders to define AI, automation, and digital workforce strategies while building transformation roadmaps that prioritize value and risk management. Your daily responsibilities include designing governance and Responsible AI frameworks, leading organizational change programs, and facilitating executive workshops on operating model transformations. You will manage large-scale programs involving capability building, citizen developer programs, and AI literacy initiatives. The role requires expertise in agentic technologies, digital labor, process intelligence, and workflow automation to solve complex business problems. You must possess experience in consulting, advisory, and transformation leadership to drive execution through influence across cross-functional teams and diverse technology organizations.
Define AI, automation, and digital workforce strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
Build transformation roadmaps that prioritize value, feasibility, and risk for clients.
Serve as a trusted advisor on operating model transformation and workforce evolution.
Design and implement governance frameworks and Responsible AI policies for clients.
Lead organizational change management and AI literacy programs to drive technology adoption.
Manage large-scale programs from initial strategy through execution and value realization.
Contribute to the development of IPA Advisory offerings and thought leadership content.
What we're looking for
12+ years of consulting, advisory, transformation, or operational leadership experience.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, digital workforce, process improvement, or operational excellence.
Experience advising executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic decision-making across business and technology organizations.
Strong understanding of AI, automation, agentic technologies, and digital workplace capabilities from a business transformation perspective.
