As an Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy Associate within the Chief Administrative Office, you will join the Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy team to define and drive enterprise-wide adoption of business transformation technologies. You will focus on three specific domains: Business Process & Decision Management, Intelligent Automation, and Workflow Automation. Your daily responsibilities include evaluating next-generation AI capabilities like agentic automation, coordinating proof-of-concept initiatives with internal and external partners, designing enablement programs, and crafting executive communications to articulate strategic value. You will work with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, MSFT PowerPlatform, Pega, Signavio, Databricks, and ThoughtSpot. The role addresses the transition from rules-based automation to AI-enhanced capabilities to automate complex business processes and decisions within financial services operations, controls, and customer experience. You will leverage skills in project management, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Define and drive enterprise-wide adoption strategies for automation and AI technologies across three core business domains.
Evaluate next-generation AI capabilities, including agentic automation and AI-enhanced development tools, through proof-of-concept initiatives.
Create executive-level communications and presentations to articulate strategic value and engage senior stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors to influence platform roadmaps and feature prioritization.
Design and lead firmwide learning programs, including training, forums, and certification pathways to build organizational capability.
Analyze data to test hypotheses and identify high-impact opportunities for business transformation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for diverse stakeholder groups.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or Big 4), financial services transformation, or technology-enabled change management.
Proven ability to design and execute large-scale adoption programs for business transformation technologies.
Advanced analytical skills to gather, model, and analyze data to test hypotheses and identify trends.
Exceptional project and program management capabilities in multi-workstream initiatives and matrixed organizations.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills to craft narratives and engage C-suite audiences.
Technical acuity to rapidly learn and translate complex concepts like AI, automation, and low-code platforms into business value.
Experience with business transformation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, MSFT PowerPlatform) or AI/ML technologies is preferred.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) or governance frameworks is preferred.
